Hey everyone, my name is Jarrad and I live in the magical land of oz. I have owned two staffies , one from a home and one from the cherebah bloodline, both were amazing individuals. My partner and I have recently moved into a new home and fortunately have the means and the mentality to look into getting one or two new dogs. To put it plainly I want another staff. My partner feels different, she grew up with and would like a rottweiler. I thought a site such as this would give me some insight into others experiences both positive and negative and allow us to make an informed decision on perhaps owning both of these breeds together.

Hi and welcome Jarred. I own both. Our Rottie is nine year old and she is a rescue. Tip is still a puppy and so we not allowing them together as yet.
Sasha has told Tip off once or twice but normally just ignore her. Sure someone else with more experience might be along shortly and be able to help.

Thanks all for welcoming us to the forum. Its good to see an oft times very misunderstood breed of dog getting the respect it deserves. We are both very kind and caring people who feel like our collective left arm has been cut off without a dog in our lives so I hope to have some pics for you all soon.
