im new to this .whats a good dry dog food with high protein in it

A well balanced, good quality kibble is very important and there are a variety available depending upon where you are. What food are you currently using?

he is on a kibble called wonderful dog witch the protein intake is not high.i want some kibble witch is 23g plus he stock but i want to lean him down as i run alot

As Kell states above, it is good to have a well balanced diet also good amounts of exercise (2-3 walks a day and off lead play) and their genes, muscle development will only allow them to grow as big as their genes

Your boy is still a pup, you shouldn't be over exercising, nor trying to bulk up a 1 year old. Let him grow naturally and once he's older do more exercise to get the best out of him.

Be aware though that although you can keep him lean, most of his body shape and muscle development is down to his genes, and high protein food is NOT going to help, all that is going to do is be more taxing on his kidneys.
