Happy birthday Caryll!

Thank you for being the best mum I could ever wish for and for always supporting me. I know I'm a pain in the neck sometimes and we have little arguments, but I'm so grateful to know that I always have somebody I can trust and turn to. I know too many people who barely have any relationship with their mothers, which makes me all the more thankful for the wonderful relationship I have with you.

There are a lot of things that I can look back on and smile at, but the memories which make me smile the most always involve you, even the small things like the times we used to play 'I Spy With My Little Eye' on the bus to school.

Whenever I've had people telling me I'm like you, I consider that a huge compliment. If I was asked to choose somebody to be my role model for the person I want to be when I'm older, it would definitely be you.
