Yes green tea is great for losing weight, I wish I could drink it but cant stand the taste, so plenty of sit ups for me I think!

Green tea I used to try get it down just "cos it's good for you." It's about the only tea I've ever had and two nights ago lying in bed I decided I wanted a cuppa "proper" tea. I'm addicted now!
As for the weekend: I need to do a raw haul and get a load of fruit and veg in as after three weeks of flu and no gym I need to get back on track! We've also decided we're going to paint the house ourselves so there's that to work on and I'm getting the garden ready for spring. Playing with the pups is always top of the agenda and I have a couple of deadlines to meet.
I'll also be toasting Inez and Darcey
