Sorry for the absence
Hi guys and gals, sorry for the absence but over the last two months its been a hectic life for our household.
firstly we were due to move into a 3 bed property on the 23rd of June, got our house packed up on the truck, handed the keys over on the old house to then be told that the landlord had pulled out due to not wanting a staffy in the house even though they had met Diesel, so as you can imagine we was not very happy
now after that our friend with Lola (the EBT for those that know from my other posts) was a super star and said we could hold up there till we got sorted. only down side was there was no internet so could not get on here to give you all the full sp.
well this is where it went totally pete tong. we found a second place and once again we got shafted on the move in date due to the landlord not wanting tenants who have a guarantor set up. again we was not at all happy, but then things started to go our way somewhat. I was looking through gumtree and stumbled across a nice 3 bed place that suited our requirements right to the ground and has a garage.
so we finally got into our 3 bed place and are all settled but the fun did not stop there........
was due to have BT come round and connect the phone and net etc on a friday so I took the day off work so i could be there, but come the day not BT, so i decided to call them up and ask where the technician was and what time I could expect him. their reply was "sorry but we changed the date to next wednesday" no reason for this being done, but was a tad miffed as i could have been in work. so the following wednesday trondles along and once again BT dont turn up. so I call them up and in no uncertain terms I tell them to poke it up their dirt pipe.
So I ring sky up and 3 days later I a fully loaded sky customer. but no laptop to use as it was away getting repaired. but I got the lappy back today and am now back in full swing.

Hi and welcome back.
Well done for telling BT to get stuffed, that is very poor customer service, report it to the chairman of BT
