Nosey neighbour!!

Our neighbour next door is really lovely don't get me wrong but I've got a feeling she could be winding Hugo up over the fence in the back garden. This morning Hugo has gone stomping up and down barking at the fence.
A few weeks ago she rang me up at work saying Hugo had been barking for over an hour, I knew it would be nothing, but when I got home she was straight out saying she was talking to him over the fence to try and calm him down. ( Hugo was fine when I got home, he wanted his tug rope from outside  ) So I in return said I'm not surprised he kept barking. She completely avoided what I'd said.
She even know who picks up hugos dog poop, how many crates if beer another neighbour took into her house, what else does she know?!
Has any one else experienced this ??

Did use to live by someone like that, its like you are being watched but luckily I don't have much to do with my neighbours now. My fences are that high now Vinnie is unable to see anyone so no one can wind him up. Hope your neighbour soon gets the message! 

Fortunately for me my fences are to high for anyone to see in or over so they can't bother darcy

I think I'm gunna have to put a bigger fence up on my side! I couldn't care less what everyone else is doing x

Luckily no! It would do my head in! Thankfully my garden is very private  

Thankfully I live on a corner plot so only one neighbour joining our property at the side, although we have one flat above us. Our garden has high fencing too. Nosey neighbour = give them something to look at    >

Yikes! I'd put in a bigger fence.

Oh dear! I love a good nosey though, i would be the type to have a sneak out the curtains anytime i hear something. If i was a dog i woudl be in the window all day barking lol

Ohh I do too sometimes but if i kept making her dogs bark she would go mad. she'd be the type to report it if Hugo started grumbling at her for tormenting him. Xx

She sounds like she has a lot of time on her hands and nothing much to fill her life with. Such people often enjoy creating little dramas to keep themselves entertained. At least you're not the only neighbour she's keeping her beady eyes on!

She shouldn't be stirring your dog up though, a higher fence might be a good idea.

Haha yeah I suppose there's that! She slags all the rest if them off to me.. I am curious what she says about us to them  
Again this morning hugo started barking at the fence, heard someone in the garden but couldn't see any one. How sad really!
