Re: Annie
Glad that the vet was able to let you know what it was .. scary whenever there is blood, especially when you do not know what is causing it!
I am wondering though - I have never heard of a walt? Could it be a wart by chance

Re: Annie
Please don't be sorry! All spelling is accepted here, I had just never heard of a walt and was unsure if a dog could get a wart, so thought I should ask
Has the vet suggested that you need to do anything with the wart? Any treatments for example, or is it just left to be?

Re: Annie
Glad to hear it has stopped bleeding
I am currently having to put cream on Chiquitos feet twice a day as he has some sores we are trying to fix ... I have found that putting it on when he is sleeping, or just before he is fed works well, though it is still a struggle sometimes!!

Re: Annie
Maybe try and coax her with some treats to stay for the cream? They are a pain with stuff like that!

Re: Annie
Poor Annie, warts do bleed sometimes especially if knocked. At least the vets has given you something to put on it. As suggested try a real tasty treat in your hand, perhaps something she doesn't normally have, to get the cream on there. You could also try just massaging her paw whilst she is led by you just to get her used to having it touched.
