Sorry to start two similar threads but.... i just got myself another job but this ones permanent! It's working at the local chippy doing the weekend shifts, but after trying to get another job since losing my last one about a year ago i'm happy to do anything so it's been a good couple of days! yay me!

Thanks, it's going really well actually as most houses i have been to people just tell me they have already sent it etc so i don't really have alot to do

No problem! you really can get into a lot of bother for just a form but like i said if you can't find it someone will come visit you who is doing my job and you can just say you've lost it and they have to give you a new one!
