Yes looks lovely! I had a veg curry someone was making when I went to do their hair this morning. They are veggies and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. Gave me some for my tea! Look forward to pics of that!

mmm it tasting nice but ichange an couple of things
i added 2 cans of chopped toms
added 350ml of water
and added 2 red chilli pepper
any meat eaters some lamb would go very nicely in this

Have you thought of adding some pineapple for a bit of sweet fruityness, this may counterbalance the heat a bit. Also try a little natural yogurt on it too for the same effect.

i like things hot chilli are fat eating veg everything i make i add an chilli or two, if i was making am making it for someone i think i would only put in half an chilli
