A trip to the beach ?????

Now that Roxy is able to go out and about I thought I might take her for a quick visit to the beach tomorrow arvo while waiting for my daughters to finish dance class.

Not too sure how we will get on. She seems to love a slow running tap and will happily drink straight from the hose.....but getting her to stay in the bath is a whole other story, so it will be interesting to see what she is like at the beach with the sand and waves ??????????

I will have my trusty camera with me to try and get some pics, and keep you all updated.

How do your pups/dogs react to water ?????

Taz loves water brooks, pools (not baths though) Cassie doesn't mind the brook but doesn't like the bath and Blondy doesn't like the brook or even puddles but loves the bath.

Bruno's not had much to do with water yet, not much of it round here except what comes out the taps even when you fill his bowl with water, he just watches it.

She'll love it. Moo loves water and swims in the canals and river but she never did swim in the sea jut paddled, at first she ran away from the waves though was very cute. Looking forward to the pics

My girls hate baths too, not many dogs like being washed in clean water, however any smelly bog or pond they find they are straight in! At the beach they tend to just paddle and jump over shallow waves unless you swim out then they try to follow you. Skibadee has swum out to me many times only to exhaust herself and have to be carried back to the shore!

harvey LOVES water especially baths he managed to jump in the bath while the OH was having a shower as he didn't notice
