Filtering porn!

should the government try to block it?

i cant see how they can block it 100% becasue their proxy out there if someone want to see look at porn then going to do the government cant do anything about it  so just more waste of tax pay money..

The government seem to have moved the goal posts on this one, at first they said they would stop porn involving children, now it reads as all porn.  people willl have to opt in to see it

No porn (not child porn etc etc) does no harm and no i don't believe the government should ban it

Porn in itself doesn't do a lot of harm unless it's viewed to excess then it can bcome a real problem.

I think porn should be blocked unless you subscribe to it - no fee, just sign up to say you're adult it's ok for you to see it. Child porn? Whoever watches it should be strung up by their genitals & left for the crows to pick at.

but there no way of blocking it, i not sure if the goverment is dumb or they think kids are dumb   you can make providers to block it but is it really block?

all this is just going push dodgy old perv or kids underground becasue if they find out how to use an proxy there no way of finding them

what the government should be doing is tracking the people who are viewing these website and taking them off the streets for good...

why would you search for baby porn or whatever these sick people search for

they should ask search engine to give them ip or whatever of people who are searching for these words

If its a step forward in stopping child porn then yes they should do it , if I want it I can opt in and thats my choice so no biggy in my book

i think it an waste of tax payers of money and you not going fix the problem like this you could make things worse. more money should be invested in searching for dodgy people

And when they catch them I think in the right hands they could qualify for some free deconstructive surgery to ensure they don't do what is on their mind at all or again as appropriate

what should be filtered is mc/uk rap music that do more damage to our kids then anything else.. i'm not saying porn is ok becasue i dont care if it online or not, what is good for having porn on the net becasue you can find these people & find out who they talk but blocking it its going be a lot harder to find these dodgy people.. the government should be investing in police to track down these people not making thing hard for them self by doing it the easy way again. the government has cut back on the police who look for kiddy porn everyday by 10% and they know it going to make thing worse so they thinking of cheap way of fixing the problem by bring laws out just like what happen over pitbull and bushing it under the mat..

10 /15 year we see an kid rapist / murder who killed so many kids and they will wonder why is has happen..

where do they get these ideas from  

when they could of stop it before it even got to that stage by tracking them online
