Do you use a collar and lead or a harness ?

Have you considered using a Halti or Canny collar for her to help with the pulling ?

What do you do when she starts pulling ?

when she starts pulling i tell her no and pull her back,i have tried a harness and now trying a training lead, she just wants to jump up on everyone that walks past.

Stop pulling her back, you wont get anywhere doing this.

As soon as she pulls stop and walk in the opposite direction to before.

You could also try using the Watch Me command when people approach. Try to get her to look at you instead of whoever walks past you.

Darcy is a Trojan puller Laughing and we're working on it by, when she pulls as kathy says we turn the other way, as soon as there's slack in the lead at anytime I reward her, as soon as she pulls again I turn and so on. It's taking time & patience but were getting there, it's my fault as when she was a tiny puppy I used an extender lead which is fine on walks but not in busy places Smile hope this helps.
