Staffie Mom from Cape Town - RSA
Good Morning
I have 2 staffies. A 3 year old tan female and I recently got a very neglected tan male pup. I was told he is an English Staffie but he doesnt have the broad head like my female does. He is horribly under weight and the vet seems to think that as soon as he has gained some weight he will look more like a staffie.
What do you think? He acts like a staffie, fearless, sits on your foot, pushes through anything. He is such a joy, now I just need to get him healthy.

Thank Darcy-May
He is not well. I have him on chicken and rice mixed with Hills puppy food and he is on medimune to help his immunity etc. He was taken away from his mommy at 6 weeks and put onto adult pellets, really cheap nasty stuff. He wasnt dewormed and by the time I got him last week he was a little skeleton. I got him to the vet, dewormed, he was took weak for his innoculations which will be done in 2 weeks time.
He now has a bad runny tummy but I am sure thats due to this deworming meds. He is eating and drinking so I will keep a close eye on him. Anything else I can do to settle his tummy? His little bum is so sore
