hello
I have a strange problem with the dog. Dexter is almost 3 years old STB, and before there was similar syndromes. It all began from diarrhea of five days ago, fell off his appetite and desire to drink, at this temperature, it seems to me that should drink non-stop. even with The problem with the stomach, in every walk behaved normally. the problem began on Monday, somehow the evening when he could not stand on his  back  legs. I had to wear him down the stairs and reach the garden. . He could not sit still, so spent the whole night lying.. I went to the vet with him where he got shot and rimanyl. The vet said he might have a problem with the muscles or disc.  After returning home, the result of an injection and slowly brought it back to power.. he still do not eat like  before, and it is difficult to drink water. He still has symptoms of diarrhea. My question is whether these symptoms related to high temp or if something else is wrong dexter

I think I'd be inclined to get a second opinion, any animal not drinking in this heat is in danger of becoming dehydrated quite quickly imho.

Have you checked for ticks? Paralysis ticks cause each of these symptoms .. though they will usually persistently progress unless the tick is removed.

Also, it may sound too simple to consider, but has Dexter been fully wormed, vaccinated etc?

Almost a week with an upset tummy and not drinking is a problem regardless of whether there is another problem. Personally I would see another vet and ask them to give him a full check over, especially as the problem sounds to be ongoing. Do you have another vet close by you that you could pop in and see?
