Drag racing

We took Katy for her 1st day of drag racing on sunday in Essex. Had no worries about her with the noise of the cars as she has been brought up with chainsaws & my oh's band. The amount of people that approached & asked if she was ok to stroke surprised me (must be a lot of staffies in Essex) Katy loved the attention. We met a 10wk old pup, I said to the owner what big feet she had(meaning she will be a big girl) He said mum was mastiff/dad am bulldog, so I guessed right   One chap as we were passing tried to get Katy's attention so I stopped (he also asked if she was ok to approach) he stroked her head then looked at her teeth (1st person I've ever met that wanted to look at a staffies teeth) turns out he runs a rescue centre in Essex & was telling me how many they have in there. Not sure if he is a member on here but was very nice, owns 1 himself. We only stayed til 1 because of the heat, but Katy enjoyed herself

great stuff , Tilly is fantastic at public events , Tommy needs to retain his canny collar to keep him a little calmer , took him up the school to meet my daughter after her party and he was a bit too overexcited and took some calming with lots of treats and watch me's
