My uncle used to have a farm near Poole, Dorset (I think it's Dorset, anyway). I used to be allowed to go out at night with him and quietly watch the ewes give birth. I think that's where my love of animals started. He also had this HUGE shire horse that I used to ride up and down the farmyard. He must have been over 20 hands and weighed about 2000lbs! But gentle as a lamb. Ah, happy days.

i love a farm but i just wouldn't be able to sell them off for meat i would end up going bankrupt and havign a farm full with sheeps lol

I know what you mean, I'd be the same. I don't think, as a child, I ever thought about the lambs, calves & piglets being killed for meat. I just thought they were given away to homes like puppies were.

No, in the evenings my son monopolises (is that how you spell it?) the tv, and my computer's too slow to watch things - it keeps stopping all the time & spoils it.
