cant stop post trauma steve, so unless you have had those kinds of terrible things happen to you you cant possibly say you just have to deal with it, the things they see are horrific and not something you can prepare for or just get over.

The armys all over the world encourage the youngest the law of the land allows to join them but the kids' minds can turn to mash on the back of what they witness. A way to combat this is to get an education and a decent job early in life so only those that make a conscious decision to be there end up on the front line.

It's so sad to see the vast majority of homeless young British men that sleep rough on London streets are ex service men.
