Mitzie, Staffie, DOB 10.2011 – Godstone, Surrey
Homing Requirements: Mitzie needs an experienced Staffie home who can support her as she struggles to gain confidence around other dogs. Mitzie needs a secure garden, exit management and a companion home to nurture her self-esteem – a home where she doesn't spent long periods alone. Mitzie could live with another fluent dog with owners who have managed more than one dog before or be an only pet.
Her Story: Mitzie came into a pound and due to her nerves in kennels failed to attract a rescue place. Mitzie is spayed, chipped and fully vax'd. Mitzie is currently in foster in a multi dog house hold in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
Advert: Mitzie is a tender wee girl. She needs a patient and competent family around her to promote her wellbeing and needs. Mitzie is emering therapeutically with new skills and confidence within her foster home. Mitzie will need patience as she settles within a new family.
Mitzie is just 2 years old, a blue brindle Staffie with breath taking looks and a very, very sweet temperament. Mitzie has had very limited exposure at the start of her life and has come on leaps and bounds within her foster home where she has benefited from training, structure and socialisation. Mitzie needs a gradual introduction to build friends with non-intrusive dogs to commit to being comfortable and relaxed. Mitzie is an emergent butterfly!
