Going away.

So as some of you are aware, a job in Abu Dhabi is on the cards. I've been on the phone tonight to the boss who is currently out there, and he's got the picture of getting us out there in the next week or two. He said initially its a month away and two weeks at home. All flights and accommodation is payed for, aswell as an added extra in the wage for food allowance per day. At the minute, I'm stressing right out as this is an opportunity of a lifetime, and the money I will making, I would never see if I stay in this country. Things will be very difficult, but when I look at the bigger picture, I know it's the right decision. Anyway, thought I'd share a link to the accommodation we will be living in. Hope ur not too jealous!!!!

Thanks Ella. At the min, it's one of them things that sounds too unbelievable. I suppose, it's like when u think "I won't win the lottery, doesn't happen to people like me!" To us, this job is like winning the lottery, and it's hard to imagine how life would be made better.

Have to say I couldnt do it as I'd miss the dogs too much (the rest of them would be fine but you know whats best for you and hope it is a great experience and works out well for you all Matt

Kathy, my OH and daughter are staying here, so Lola will be with them. I've just gotta look past leaving them all here and think of how much financially better we will be. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity and its not gonna be forever, so it's something I've gotta grab with both hands.
