should i have a couple cans tonight?

i just fancy 4/6 cand of red stripe but after A>A saturday should i let my body to recover till friday?

I would always say have a little of what you fancy when you fancy it. I just had some tiramisu which is supposed to be for dinner but I fancied it and felt a bit better. No harm done.
