Hate feeling ripped of & there's nothing worse than being still hungry afterwards either.

Paid £5.99 last week in Taybarns and went to bed in agony as I thought here was an alien in my belly trying to burst free . 100% recommend if you have a gang of fussy kids to deal with

OMG I love Taybarnes nom nom! Not so nice when youve got sweaty people breathing over the food or using their fingers though.

But of course I'd never pay £19 for a steak out of my own money not the point though as I still like my value and I get to pocket the savings

Well Dave, a posh hotel and a teensy-weensy steak on expenses isn't soooooo bad, is it. If your crisps are on expenses as well, all the better!

thats one of my places of choice when we are having a party of hungry kids to feed as we have tons of taybarns up north east dave at least 6 i can think of .
but my number1 place of choice now is hungry horse big plate restaurants 2for£10 and there huuuuge even the steaks are 10oz so if you want to be a pig (which i have lol 20oz steak bucket of chips 2 full corn cobs £10)sorted

Another good one is Sizzlin or (sizzling ??) pubs deinitely 1 in Darlinton but not sure about any further North. Crown Carvery is good too

Re: Robbing Hotels :(
They obviously cater for large appetites for reasonable prices up north!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't seen a Taybarns or Hungry Horse here "darn sarf". The £19 steak Dave mentioned is about par for the course here, especially in a hotel. Maybe we have tinier tummies down here and money to burn! (Ha ha I wish )

Re: Robbing Hotels :(
Sure they have Hungry Horse pubs Lynda and Sizzling pubs , but Taybarns down your way I think Rugby and Swansea are the nearest

Rugby and Swansea, Dave? Both are one hell of a way away from Farnborough for a cheap meal! Guess I'll stick to home cooking :-<
