Acupucture

Has anyone had it before and was it successful?

My hubby has had it done on his neck problem but he was too sensitive to it, it some how worked too well

No way I could have it done myself as it involves those long sharp thingies

I haven't, but I've known people who have - with varying results.

A friend had it for chronic back pain (pain used to shoot from his back right down his legs & up through his shoulders regularly!). The drs never found a cause, but the acupuncture reduced it to almost non existant.

Someone I worked with tried it to stop smoking & it had no effect, but it cured her fear of flying!

I have had it for my rheumatoid arthritis pain in my SI joint but I had no improvement. My cousin had it for stress worked a treat

If you're not keen on needles try accupressure - same concept regarding the pressure points but instead of needles the points are worked on by hand. I'm just about done doing my accupressure cert
