My little golden girl PHOTO WARNING (cuteness overload)
Just an update for lynda
Omg. I have always said i have never loved a horse as much as my current, but thats all blown out the window. I have never loved ANYTHING as much as i love this little smooshypumkinwooshymoomo!! xx:x
She is incredibly affectionate and really calm and relaxed. NOTHING scares her or makes her anxious (apart from being left alone, but she does one little squeak and is fine lol) her little mare squeals are adorable, and really high pitched. She loves lexi and lexi loves her too, she is big enough to lick her nose so gives her a kiss anytime she comes out lol
she is really comical too. when i go out at night to get her in she ignores me, but when i get to her she takes off running for the gate and when i catch up with her shes in the stable block eating the chicken food (which has had to be moved) lol
So the plan is to get her show ready and get her to one in august. Next summer shes being put into foal (all being well health and money wise of course)

Ah Hayley, thank you! That's my horse (pony) fix!
So glad that you did get your little smooshypumkinwooshymoomo - she is So-o-o-o sweet! No wonder your heart is lost to her
If all being well she has a foal 2015, well - you'll just be the proudest mummy and a soft pile of mush won't you?
Wishing you all the best of luck and fun in showing her this summer - do let us know how you get on!
(((Hugs)))

Re: My little golden girl PHOTO WARNING (cuteness overload)
I will, it will be the most exciting day of my life hahahaha
ive started a little list of what i need to learn already, and what i need to get and what i need to know about the studs. i need to decide though if i want a purebred foalie or a part bred. pros of a purebred are it can be shown in native and miniature classes but a partbred can be shown in more miniature classes than a native and miniature shetland can enter.

For some reason it escaped me that your little sweetie-pie is a Sheltie (maybe because she looks so dainty - no offence to shelties).
I can understand your dilemma in choosing the dad for your foalie. Being totally irresponsible now, knowing nothing about miniature ponies and daydreaming, I would think that the offspring of your Golden Girl and a Welsh Mountain (or Welsh/Arab cross) would be stunning.

Re: My little golden girl PHOTO WARNING (cuteness overload)
Well Hayley I did warn that I know nothing about tiny ponies! 11 hands to me is tiny, 7.3 is minoot, you must be able to take her on your lap to cuddle her!
