dont you hate friends

that treat you like sh/it and they dont even know they doing it?

With friends like that who needs enemies ? Thankfully I don't have many friends, very few that I actually see anyway, present company excluded

I have one friend so i can't really be picky lol

I made a point from being messed about in early days to not get into the habit of having "friends" then I don't let anyone down and am not let down myself. Suppose the closest I have to mates is 1 or 2 people I know through my wife and people I work with and this is only ever as far as a few barbies and a few beers together when I'm out working , don't like living in peoples pockets

I joined the army when I was 17, and when I left I stayed down south. So moving back to manchester was great because all my old friends had moved on. TBH, I'm not a people person.

Don't even get me started, this weekend I had my friend calling Daisy 'that dog'

I know, she was just as nasty about me though too, and saying that was more to get at me She has apologized but I'm still really upset about it all Rubbish weekend

If friends treat you like sh1t and don't even know they're doing it, then I would say they don't really mean to be horrible to you , they're just so relaxed in your company that they can be themselves, and no-one is perfect. ><

My family have a dislike for Moo, it was as if she was going to eat them and the kids! Then my brother accused her of biting him, she went for a toy at the same time and clipped his finger, they are better ish now but has taken 3 years. None have visited since I have had her!

My mums my best friend in the world and I certainly don't trust anyone apart from her

Ah, Sazzle, that's different - your friend meant to be nasty. An apology is good, but it will mean just a bit more forgiving and forgetting than if she didn't know she was hurting you. It's hard work being "friends"

That's so sad Janey. It's their loss. 3 years is a long time to bear a grudge. If your brother is frightened of Moo that's his problem but it shouldn't interfere with your sister/brother relationship. I'm glad to hear that he is betterish now. Big (((((Hugs)))))

I must admit I do too! I think I spend more time talking to my Staffy friends than I do to my own son, and we live in the same house!

you guys or the dog, but as she is snoring away atm kinda looks like the living dead!! I need my staffy family

It sure is!!

I have two things that i would class greater than friends, my dogs. then I have one true friend who I know will never let me down, my ex wife claire, as stupid as that sounds. she is my rock just never meant to be in that kinda way. everyone else is just someone I know and it will stay like that way.

Janey that is horrible! Cant believe family would do that just because of Moo, who is clearly beautiful inside and out!
I would have to agree on the whole friend thing, Im only young but have gone through hard times recently, and I found out who my true friends really were, but we live and learn and without going through experiences like what 'friends' put us through we can remove the bad from our lives.
To be honest I consider this forum way more friendly than most people ive known, and ive never even met anyone on here haha!! Ohh and my little man Rocky and is my best friend, as im sure all our littles ones are!
