Sketching

I was sad, so I decided to put to use the sketchpad, pencils and putty rubber that I bought. Now I'm more sad because it's been so long since I last drew anything, I can't do it anymore.

Sure it will suddenly come back to you, keep at it:D

I'm afraid my 7yr old daughter is more artistic than I am. I'm sure it will come back.

Been at it for hours. Each once just gets worse.

It will take a bit of time to get back into it. Same with anything. Like writhing when at school when you come back off holiday its like you have forgot how to write and that's only after a few weeks

Keep trying! I used to be able to draw well when I was younger, I am a bit worried about trying now I'm an adult in case I've forgotten everything!

Its not a talent you can loose, its always there just take practice. I played clarinet to grade 6 and south East Orchestra, I can now not even read music but after a bit of time I would pick it up again. Don't loose faith

Know how ya feel .. I used to draw all the time yrs ago, now I hardly ever put pencil to paper apart from the odd doodle, and then it feels like all the techniqes I didnt realise I had I really dont have anymore lol!!
