Thank you Kathy for bringing this to our attention. I wish I could comment sensibly, but to my shame I know very little of Romania's past - I do know that there were very many children (orphans? or abadonned? why?) - who were shamefully mistreated, and it is good to know that one person at least is trying to help them.
