Poor little guy.

If you're that worried, and he really isn't himself, then I'd try phoning an emergency out-of-hours vet & just ask advice.

Sounds like he needs to get to a vet fast !
For a Staffy to be crying a lot there must be something serious - staffys have a high tolerance of pain.
Plz get him seen by Emergency vet - let us know how he gets on x

I think you should phone the emergency vets for advice, let them know how he's acting. The might know why he's doing it.

took jake y/day really bad thought it was his last day vet gave him some steroids think it's something with his brain, took him home this morn 7-30 head still down put his harness on at 9-30 to take to vets really perked up. so vet gave him some more steroids which have knocked him back a bit and some tablets, to go back in a week unless he gets worse. they think it could of been swelling on brain because he would yelp even when u wasn't touching him but hope the steroids have taken it down and it dunt come back
