Being humped
Could you lovely peeps please advise, is it normal for Herbie to keep getting humped by male & female dogs of all breeds?? He sometimes depending on which dog does the humping but its becoming more apparent that Herbie is the one that is being humped, he just stands there & let's it happen & does nothing to say to the dog that he doesn't like it, do I have a bi-sexual dog lol xxx

That's quite likely the reason. Neutered males, especially ones that were neutered before maturity, seem to have a different smell to others and they'll often be picked on either by humping or even aggression. There's very little you can do other than asking the other owners to not allow their dogs to do it! It's very bad manners!

Only if you're very lucky!

Re: Being humped
Oh right I thought that 6 months was the recommended age to get males neutered?? I spoke to a couple of different vets & they recommended 6 months, was this wrong of us to do this x
