peppermint tea

anybody else drink this stuff?

if you have problem sleeping you have cup before bed and its meant to help you i'm going give it a week trial

It's getting up I have the problem with

I may try it then I'm running on 3 hours sleep in 72 hours, fingers crossed I sleep tonight

it meant good for people who are stress all the time hey well i better get 4 boxes of the stuff in

Good stuff. Helps ease upset stomach and hunger as well.

Oh no Hayley >< I hope you sleep too, Camomile tea is good at bed time, I have the Camomile and Honey ones from Holland and Barrett, they are lovely, they also do a night time tea which is minty so Steve might be right about it helping you sleep

My friend at work makes me drink it when I have complain about my stomach!! Not that keen but it does help!!

Herbal tea does nothing for me. I like peppermint sometimes if i have a little inkling for mint but have no gum lol

nope jasmin silver needle is THE best tea everrrrrrr

Strictly a coffee drinker here

I can drink coffee and go straight to sleep too

Try a drop or two of lavender oil on your pillow that may work too. Be careful with it though, you don't want to smell like an old lady

Hayley - let me know if you find Camomile and Honey in Asda, I've not managed to find one as nice anywhere else!!
