Oh no Hayley >Big Grin< I hope you sleep too, Camomile tea is good at bed time, I have the Camomile and Honey ones from Holland and Barrett, they are lovely, they also do a night time tea which is minty so Steve might be right about it helping you sleep Smile

My friend at work makes me drink it when I have complain about my stomach!! Not that keen but it does help!!

I can drink coffee and go straight to sleep too Big Grin

Try a drop or two of lavender oil on your pillow that may work too. Be careful with it though, you don't want to smell like an old lady Big Grin
