Interesting concept!
Basically it is about 12hrs once a year where all crime is legal includign murder. In the movie, crime rate was 1%, the economy was flourishing and everyone was educated.
The movie wasn't amazing, apart from having Rhys Wakefield
But what do you think about the concept? Would it work in real life?
