What do you feed him at the moment, and what sort of grooming do you do?

Ok. Good food, so that isn't a problem.

Get yourself a rubber grooming mit - it's have a rubber side with knobbly bits on it & a smooth, velvety side. Start by rubbing your dog inn a circular motion with the rubber side, all over, then smooth him off with the soft side. That will stimulate the oil glands & make his coat healthier.

Also, try adding some salmon oil to his food - just a couple of teaspoons per meal will be fine. Or let him have a couple of sardines in oil mixed in with his food. It'll all help.

Great believer in the oils on the food defo helps but will take a little time. Good tip about the glove same result with us humans and stimulation will produce more oil. That's why I don't wash my hair everyday as I look like a grease monkey! Big Grin
