Little Tommy is only 17kg now at 1 year

oh god! I do hope that the vets have not calibrated their scales correctly in that case i thought he was slightly under weight!!!

he's not fat, ok he's got a bit of excess skin in the normal places but not fat .

hopefully his mum will be round this week so I will get a picture of them together for all to see

he's still only on a 650g of meat and biscuit mix a day.

hey guys quick update following my absence.
Diesel is now 31 weeks old and weighing in at 24kg   

He's now on a total raw diet that consists of mix I get from my local butcher (pork/beef/offal/chicken)
350g mix for his main dinner (tea) with a egg mixed in 3 times a week and a can of sardines 2 times a week, mixed in with boiled potatoes.

he has half a lamb rib cage and 100g of beef chunks as his breakfast and 3 times a week the lamb cage is replaced with piggy cage.

he's had a few issues with nibbling his feet but we got on top of it as we was told by the vet that it could be a infection so £100 later on creams and pills we thought it would be ok, but how wrong was we! returned a week later and he was given a steroid jab, so another £100 down the drain. they must think I'm made of money.......

so I had enough of the vet and decided to go back to wait for it............... Pets at Home vets, and they hit the nail right on the head. told me its a doggie version of athletes foot    so after his baths and going ott with the drying on his feet he's all better now.


strange thing now is that since his complete raw change he's not pooping half as much, not drinking half as much, sleeping less and can go for longer walks. and he does not have the usual "dog" smell
