My name is Lisa, I am 21 years old and absolutely adore animals, lets not think of a world without them :shudders:
I do not own a staffy as of yet but I will...someday!

I have owned dogs in the past, jack russell, chocolate labrador, black labrador, collie, springer spaniel, spaniel/collie cross and a sheltie.

I have also owned rabbits, a hamster and gerbils, horses, cows and sheep lol (I live in a farm).

Anyways that is enough about me!

Thanks Tara honestly Ive seen it happen so many times with people my age and its takes all my energy not to roar at them lol it just annoys me, a dog is another life not some 'thing' to boost a persons status or the latest craze etc. I want to make sure my dog gets everything he needs, so im gonna hold off until i can give him everything, sounds cheesy i know lol.

Its hard to wait i know first hand was waiting years and years as hubby was against it but finally he gave in and i researched and researched and while researching i was so desperate it killed me plus we decided to buy everything we needed first hand and put money away for jabs etc so we had no big pay outs and we were 100 % ready .. but it was hard i was impatient often havin tantrums that could rival my youngest's but im glad i did wait as i wouldnt of had jenson.

It will soon be time for you to find your " baby" and it will all be worth it.

Awh hehe thanks for the advice Ang It is really hard waiting - especially as there is a beautiful 4 month old staffy in a local dogs trust centre! She is beautfiul!

Awww bless .. i so know how you feel ... i was constantly looking at staffies all day every day and pouting to my hubby sending him pics etc etc just to hurry the process along he told me to stop looking as its not doing me any good but its just not possible .. theres no harm in JUST looking right???
