they're here!!!!!!!!!
This has proper made my day
my kool collars from america arrived this morning :D:Dso took just 2 weeks to get here!
The boys weren't in posing moods but they fit brilliantly!
chance even less in a posing mood!
the collars these are the medium size which are upto 24" but are very generous
everything i ordered - 2 collars which come with a tube each, and a refill set with 3 tubes in
Will wait and see if we get any summer to use them though

At the moment, the most you can hope for is a muggy wet day!
They look really neat, though.

They do look good Ella.
Do please let us know if they work in cooling down your doggies, if and when we get any hot weather.

i think it worked out at about £19 for the postage, i bought them from ebay so they were a little more expensive then going direct to the company, but i don't have a card that pays in USD

Re: they're here!!!!!!!!!
Well we've had a lovely day for the weather here today so Chance was out sunnying so i've put his collar on as i'd frozen the packs.
Massively impressed no excessive panting from Chance and to touch he didn't feel overly warm and that was only with the packs and not used ice in it yet
from one happy Chance

Re: they're here!!!!!!!!!
Well I've had these a good while now, and we've have had SOME good weather, so have a good chance to test them for you guys!
Well i've now used both methods of either using the freezer tubes or putting ice in them to melt down their chest. I have to say both methods work brilliantly! If anyone is interested i WOULD definitely recommend getting an extra set of freezer tubes like i did, it does say they will stay frozen up to about an hour before you need to replace it, i've found that to be pretty accurate, i find on really really warm days they tend to last about 40-45 mins before they are defrosting well and then i change them for the next one.
I also find once a tube is defrosted and stuck back in the freezer they freeze very very quickly aswell
The ice method is really good for walks and outdoor activities and very quickly cools chance down and brings him round when he gets to warm.
So yes a massive recommendation from me

Re: they're here!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for the feedback Ella. I'd forgotten about these collars, must get one - today Kuchar was panting like a steam train on his walk and a passing lady stopped to stroke him and said My Goodness, you're hot! And I felt very guilty.
