Oh does sambuca taste of aniseed as well? Never tried it myself, but I have seen it served all covered in flames, which would burn off the alcohol. You can set fire to ouzo too but I wouldn't recommend it, especially if already "under the influence" !

Oh, and the Greeks drinks ouzo in little sips, interspersed with their horrible strong coffee (without milk).

Oh it annoys me, flaming sambucas......your just burning off the alcohol
