Garden Pests
Does anyone else have a staffy who likes to " help " in the garden, tramping through the borders, barging through plants breaking them on the way, barking at the spade when you dig, grabbing the rake thinking it's a game when you try to use it, chewing bits off the plants etc. Takes ages to get anything done

we don't have a garden because of our pests , we have a soil are full of holes where we could plant but know it's not worth the time , we have a path that's most days covered in soil and a lawn that looks like a minefield thast has just been cleared

Re: Garden Pests
Lol ! We decked our garden because of the holes in the grass and mud everywhere ! So much better.
Put some plastic guttering around my apple tree trunk to stop the staffys chewing it and my other plants are in pots on a raised plant-stand !

We have helpers as well although they don't dig they just run off with any tools you are using when you put them down for a second but they love watching me lol

Re: Garden Pests
I remember when Tilly was a pup we caught her next to a big hole in the garden and she had picked up a little trowel that we had overlooked and had it in her mouth by the handle, didn't know anything until Jenny shouted upstairs "Dad, Tilly's dug a big hole in the garden " and looked out the back window to see that , I so wished I had my camera handy
