Pretty Little Idem From France

Hi everybody,
My name is Esther and I live in Lyon, FRANCE. First I apologize for my english, I hope you'll understand me.
And now, I can speak about my little love, Idem. She is 4 months old, in fact she'll be tomorrow. I first saw her on pictures, and I just knew we had to be together. I had to wait 3 weeks (for me it was 3 years lol) to see her, to hold her and to finally take her home because she was far from me.
Since she is in my life, I wake up everyday with a smile and I swear this was realy unusual. I have some health problems since a few years, she is my cure, psychologically and physically. My little love...

Salut Idem!

I am interested in France and attitude to Staffies. I heard that unless you have a pedigree you are not allowed into the country? I would like to take Rupert to the Continent at one point in the car with a pet passport but I'm unsure what would happen in/with France. Are there lots of Staffies in France?

In France, there are not as staffy as in England. There aren't really known. I've discovered them only 5 months ago (and I'm a really fan of dogs).

I don't know the laws in other countries, but in France, there are dog categories if they're considered as dangerous.
The staffy doesn't belong to any category if he's registered in the LOF (=Livre des Origines Français = pedigree). But if he is not, he belongs to 1st category, and he is forbiden... Law are stricts about dog in 1st category.

I hope I'm clear....
