When I went to the rescue Daisy was the only one sat quiety in her cage, she looked so sad and I was sold!!

Barney was the same! He was sat down, quiet, while the others were barking! He's not barked once since we got him, but at least i can tell he's happy so i don't mind! Smile

Yeah that was it all the others were barking, jumping up the cage trying to get attention and Daisy just looked sooooo sad, almost like she's given up and couldn't be bothered to try Sad

Daisy didn't bark for ages wheh I got her......now she barks, when she wants me to play, or her tea, or is generally excited about something Big Grin

I think the only time I heard Barney get remotely animated was when he met someone's rotty dog in their house. Think because the hallway was narrow, he was uncomfy with the other dog getting so close...so they had a bark at each other. But only once. Then they were ok. Barney has his ways of letting you know, without making a fuss. But maybe he will get more confident and give us a little bark at some point! Laughing
