Brilliant! (Do you notice that not one man has commented ? I'm betting they're all out looking to buy it - or in shock)

Re: for the men
I've been scouring the online stores looking for this!!!! See, it is real. Man-flu is a little appreciated but clinically proven affliction (doesn't the mere presence of this photo prove it?). Surely there must be more to it than vit. C, echinacea and zinc though...

See, birthing has numbed them to real pain.

Try the pain of somebody lighting your insides on fire for ten days every month. You boys would be reduced to puddles of jelly! All talk!

Dont knock it lol
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/7505207/Man-flu-is-no-myth-as-scientists-prove-men-suffer-more-from-disease.html
and before you harp on about periods and giving birth try carrying twobig pain receptors around external to your body...and zips...oh zips just had to have been invented by a woman...do you realise how the moment feels when its trapped and you know the only way out is to run a metal clamp back over it to release the teath mercilessley hanging on...

Re: for the men
Nathan, women also have two big pain receptors external to the body - in the chest area but admittedly we don't tend to run zip fasteners over them!
Try button flies if you can't control your zip !
Oh we wimmin understand how you men suffer - most of us have husbands/partners/sons who tell us often enough

Re: for the men
Not about winning, Nathan - we wimmin have our problems and you guys have yours. Avoid man-flu and zips and you'll be fine!

Re: for the men
I was going to reply to that, but Lynda pretty much said it all.
You men have control over your zips! We have next to no control over our cycles! And unless you get kicked in the danglies every day for ten days out of the month... WE WIN!
In all seriousness, I don't think anybody here could say which one hurts more. But the arguments are fun anyway.

Re: for the men
It's one of those things where it can be used as comedy, as long as you're not a man. But I do feel sorry for anybody who's done it.

Re: for the men
i've never once had manflu or any of its flu-y cousins
ive had colds but nothing beyond being a bit snotty and coughy for a few days haha.
my immune system is amazing so i could probably be perfectly fine if i got ebola or something.
on the subject of pain though...
ive had so many harsh injuries, including being able to see my own thigh bone (and still walking on that leg no less!) that nothing much bothers me anymore.
still wouldnt welcome a kick in the conkers though lol
ive also zippered myself before and it was less about the pain (though it did sting a fair bit) and more about the shock... then the slow creeping horror that came with the realisation that, if i couldnt unzipper myself, then id have to go to hospital and get rescued. eek!
