Cooper, Staffie X, DOB 03.11 – Godstone, Surrey
Homing Requirements: Cooper's family will be happy to manage an bigger Staffie. Cooper' needs retention on a lead and controlled dog meetings: Cooper enjoys meeting dogs but it could spill over if either were off lead. He needs 6' panel fencing with exit management i.e. no laziness around closing the front door. He would enjoy a good exercise regime to meet a young dogs needs.
His Story: Cooper was off lead and got into a spat with another dog. His owner was nowhere to be seen and when the police were call the person who seemed to be walking over ran off and abandoned Cooper. A vet nurse adopted him but has since moved flat and wasn't able to take him. Cooper is now neutered, chipped and vax'd. Cooper is currently kennelled in Godstone, Surrey.
Advert: Cooper is a beautiful Staffie. Mr Wonderful meeting people of all ages. Cooper walks well beside other dogs but could get concerned with off lead encounters. His previous family put a muzzle on him so they were able to not worry about meetings but he may well not need a muzzle with close attention to calm meetings. Cooper needs a secure garden and exit management as he will want to follow you! Cooper travels well in the car with a harness. Cooper is fine to be left for 4-5 hour periods.
Cooper is a red Staffie with a black muzzle. He has intelligence shining through his eyes. He has a relaxed nature and is an easy dog within his home. He can sleep in the kitchen or beside your bed. He is a companion who wins hearts, is still learning and wants to ever so please!
Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
