Walk with willow
Got to do my walk today
Lexi met willow fine, not a grumble at all. Willow barked and was generally excited but Lexi didn't pay notice. Got to the field and Willow was let off and had her mad moment, Lexi was still on the lead at this point but if she was off she would have been running about like a loon, she was really playful got her on the long line and muzzled her, but Willow came over and licked her face as if "oh come on now, thats not needed" and since Lexi didn't attempt to take her head off i just took it off cause she looked miserable lol
SO she ran a run about and a bit of a play, but my friends daughter was there and she kept wanting to hold Lexi's lead and play skipping so Lexi kept getting pulled and i got a bit annoyed and had to tell her to leave it alone then loads of kids started coming so we decided enough was enough
But they had a really good day and Willow was actually tired out even though she haddn't ran about much, so it must have been all the excitement haha Lexi did try to sit on her at one point when she was lying down but she didn't approve and they had a little grumble at each other but that was that

She really is, she went past three dogs on the walk, two lab types and a little yappy rat. The first lab she pulled at a bit cause it was the first dog she saw, but she didn't have any growling or anything and then the second she passed was the little rat and she pulled at it but still no growls and was easy to get to walk on again and last was the other lab and she didn't even pull at it just walked past! So proud of her

Re: Walk with willow
It makes me excited about the possibility of another dog I would only get a calm one like my old boy, cause she is willing to jump at the first sign of a fight lol

I think she is just getting too old and fat to care but i think that her and willow rub off eachother. Neither are really aggressive, just thick. So when they are alone they act like nut jobs, but together they kind of look at each other to see what the other will do, but by that time the other dogs have passed so they just walk on. I always make a huge fuss of lexi though, she likes to know shes done well. willow is the kind of dog who responds to not getting told no, and if you say good girl she starts jumping up and in circles going crazy and doesnt help lol
