There's nothing wrong with eating red meat on occassion if you are eating healthy. The cholesterol is a little high but it does have things the body needs like protein. It also has creatine which is hard to get from any other sources other than supplements and is needed for muscle strength and devolpment.

It should be kept to only once or twice a week though

I know some very healthy vegans but they use supplements to make up for deficancies. I couldn't do w/o red meat but have cut back a good deal now that I'm older

whilst slightly inebriated last night (only slightly...) and after a half decent meal with some old work mates, i decided it was a good idea to walk five miles back home, down a busy dual carriageway.

i'm guessing my shoes were uncomfortable, because my socks have holes in and my feet are black...

I have rose above hangovers now thankfully. But I was very drunk yesterday...and Friday...and probably later on this afternoon too

Tbf i have earned it lol ive cleaned the whole house, and i ache so much from moving the washing machine yeaterday pulled muscles in my arms and legs, im such a weakling!

Yep def sounds like it is well earned then.
