Help please
Okay so sash is 8 months (in a few days) and she's looking nice, quite stocky and her muscle is coming along nicely.
Was wondering what foods anyone would reccomend. I buy big bags 12-17kg of wagg at the minute.
Although the price is good, She gets a bit bored of it.
I want her muscle to keep tone, shes walked a lot now. And her coat to look nice as it looks a bit dull at the minute.
So what would you guys reccomend, as long as its not over about £25-£30 a bag?
( Just a note, we did do Raw diet which she loved but cost & actually getting the food was an issue. )

Re: Help please
Here's a link that will help. I don't think wagg is a particulary good brand but we don't have it over here so I'm not sure.

Have you had a look at Wainwright's? Or even Fishmongers (PAH's own fish based food). Both are good and of a reasonable price. I'd certainly get her off the Wagg.
You say she's walked a lot, but don't overdo it - her growth plates haven't closed yet & you could end up damaging her bones/ligaments.

Re: Help please
Think you might struggle at 25-30 a bag for a good quality food but you can buy Wainwrights (PAH own brand) on line at the moment at £31.19 a bag with free delivery (must be online not in shop free delivery over £29) and that's a 15kg bag
This is what I feed my 2 and they do well on it
Really need to drop the Wagg its rubbish

Re: Help please
We use Trophy, their chicken and corn is only £25 for 15kg, but I don't think you can get it everywhere, you have to find a local supplier, and that includes delivery. There are lots of others that look better on paper and lots that look worse, based on meat % etc. and there are whole websites dedicated to helping you understand the nutritional content, we tried quite a few of them over the past 18 months and it was the only one Alfie has really settled on, it is rally easy to get evangelical abot dog food, but sometimes it really is just a case of going with what the dog likes and is healthy on. We also feed Nature Diet wet food too and we order that online as it is significantly cheaper as we buy 3 or 4 boxes at a time. Just google 'cheap xxx' for whatever brand you decide and you could save a fortune.
