Alright mate, dont spose ya know what the engine oil capacity (with filter) is for a Peuguot 307 HDI (2.0) .. ?
I can find loads about which viscosity is best but nowt about the amount

haha, off the top of my head i couldnt say, but somewhere between 3.5 and 4.5 litres should do it. i think it has an in car level gauge (when you put the ignition on) so start with 3 ltrs and go from there
fair chioce of car tho, engines are pretty solid, only weak poit i can think of is clutch, done a few but not loads, if you get what i mean.

Cheers mate , yeah its a half decent little motor TBH, its the one with 17" alloys and a six disc player (Rapier ??)
When doin the Jeep I know it has a full 5Ltr bottle of oil, then I start takin it easy and checkin the dipstick, but had no idea with this one

She's not exactly a natural TBH mate .. still quite nervous, and would prob not drive if she could help it ... complete opposite to our lad
