Update

Well Sparks has been with us for a couple of weeks now, he is not sleeping at all well so rightly or wrongly we are sleeping in the front room with him. If he gets out of his crate we make no fuss and put him straight back which he has worked out now. I think he is getting the hang of it! When he is dry at night we will probably have him in our bedroom with us.

Anyway......it is hundreds of fun having a puppy round the place again! He is very much all or nothing! We are loving it!

He has had his second lot of jabs now and the vet has said a few more days and we can finally unleash him on the general public!! Good Luck everybody!!

I can see your vid and awwwwwwww, see you already have the "where's mummy" thing!! Same!! Just don't give him too much attention by sleeping with him, else he may well play up when you do want to leave him. Stunner

We have left him during the day for no more than 1 1/2 hours and he has been fine. I turn my back on him at night and he goes straight back to his crate. We are going to try leaving him at night again soon, but we were at the end of our tether, sleep deprivation was killing us!!

We did the 'wheres mummy/daddy' thing with Bugsy, he went mad for it! We are trying to get Sparks used to his name, which he is slowly. He is going to some puppy socialisation classes in the next couple of weeks too.

I think the mummy/daddy thing is just so exciting to them! When do you ever say "where's daddy?!" unless you are playing!! She knows her name but loves the mummy/daddy(my best mate)/even nanny gets her going!! So cute, my first slept on the bed as a pup, just dont want you to get sleep deprevation by sleeping with him! x

Funny you should say that, we reckon his paw is not so little! We reckon he is going to be a big boy!

but yes, he has us well and truly wrapped arround his paw - big or small!!
