being looking at this set which is a game processing set for a while, and then the tax man sent me a tax rebate so treated myself!

well done Tax man , not too often they do us favours but he did give me 2K back a couple of years ago so not too bad in my book

Nice one thought of it more for cutting animal carcus and bones. Never thought about being able to use it for the meat also.
