They should all be de-commissioned (I think that's the term they use) but even then they're dangerous.

I was watching the news yesterday,there were people running as the water and debris were rushing towards them Sad the news reporter said they didnt no weather the people survived or not Sad

there was a town over with around 17,000 people living in it and only 2,000 as been found so far Sad
