so me an my oh arrived home earlier and when we opened the front door we discovered the babygate at the bottom of the stairs open an Diesel standin with a suspicious look on her face! Instant thoughts of "ut-oh"
my sis in law had been in earlier an obviously hadnt shut the gate properly an Diesel had spotted an opportunity!
So here we are expectin total chaos - toilet paper shredded everywhere, chewed up socks, shoes taken from the stairs an chewed....but nothin!! Everythin was still lyin on the stairs, no toilet roll, no empted washin basket....just a warm patch on my bed with a tennis ball lyin next to the warm patch she'd pulled out a bag on the stairs!! Not even the tennis ball had been destroyed!
I was in total shock, she's such a wee angel! Has the opportunity to have the run of the house an all she does is lie on my bed an sleep!

Wow, that's amazing, she saw an opportunity for complete unsupervised freedom and just went with the peaceful, good option. Well done Diesel I shudder to think what Loki would be like, he's destructive enough when supervised . Ah, good on her though must be very proud.

Awwww well done what a well behave little lady. I dread to think what Otis would be like given that opportunity I've been in shower for like 5 mins and came out to utter chaos of shredded toilet paper, shredded bits of pants and socks, and managed to start his way into chewing a bottle of Pepsi....still full!!! I dread to think what wold happen if he had that opportunity for a couple of hours I'd come home to no house lol. X

I'm starting to give Daisy a bit more freedom in the house now, in the lounge we sit on the big sofa covered in throws so when I came back she obviously had a jump around on the other sofa becase all the cushions were on the floor!! No damage though, I can just imagine her dancing around on it because she's not allowed on when I'm there!!

I would love to give her the run of the house coz i genuinely dont think she'd do anythin but sleep on my bed or couch, but my oh is very unsure.
I dunno if i'd just feel too bad for Leroy bein trapped in his crate in the kitchen whilst Diesel enjoys the life of luxury!

We had Shéara in a crate the first two days of having him when we went out but the noise he made was horrendous so we had to give him freedom downstairs, and now we live in an open plan house so hes free to roam anywhere. And not once has he destroyed anything whislt were out It's great not having to worry!
