Two handshakes away from ....

Ella's entertaining topic "Do you know anyone famous" reminded me of a related topic (along the lines of the old song "Last night I danced with a man who danced with a girl who danced with the Prince of Wales") - ie we are only two handshakes away from someone famous.

I can claim several (as I bet everyone can); my best one is:-

I shook the hand of a man who had shaken hands with Adolf Hitler !

i was served by a girl at the cinema queue who had just served jude law for a showing of monsters Inc. (lets just say i didnt watch much of the movie)
