Forgot to post it but the other day I went to the doctor's for an asthma review (
) and had to be weighed. I've lost four kgs since I got Loki 
I don't know if that's good or bad in that amount of time, but I'm proud of myself nonetheless, and just another great thing about having a dog, because I put on loads of weight over the past few years. I'm celebrating with some Belgian chocolate and walnut ice cream

Yay, having a pint for ya! From pics I have seen you don't have that much to loose so indulge in that ice cream

Thanks and to be honest, I could take or leave the walnuts, it's the ice cream that was delicious
